What BBI does not control.
- Suppliers determine whether they wish to transact.
- Buyers determine whether they wish to transact.
- Counterparties conduct their own KYC, AML, sanctions, compliance, credit, legal and risk review.
- Price, contract terms, payment terms, product availability, logistics and acceptance are determined by the contracting parties.
BBI does not take title to product and does not act as principal, seller or titleholder. BBI is not a refinery, terminal operator, vessel operator or financial institution, and does not represent itself as holding a supplier mandate unless such authority has been expressly granted in writing. BBI does not claim authority it has not been granted.

Introduced relationships are governed through appropriate undertakings, controlled disclosure, and clearly defined responsibilities.
Confidentiality
Counterparty identity, pricing and deal structure are disclosed only as required to advance a qualified opportunity, and only once appropriate agreements are in place.

BBI's role, and the basis on which it is acting, are stated to both parties before an introduction. Neither side is left to infer our position.

Information handling
How we handle what you send us.
Information submitted through the forms on this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection and received as a form submission through our hosting provider. It is used to assess and progress your enquiry, and for no other purpose.
We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share counterparty information with third parties except as necessary to advance a qualified opportunity with your knowledge, or where required by law or applicable sanctions and trade control obligations.
Please do not submit account numbers, banking credentials, passwords or confidential financial instruments through website forms. Where sensitive documentation is required during qualification, we will agree an appropriate channel with you first.
This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request necessary to serve them.
To ask what information we hold about you, or to request its deletion, write to asun@blkboxintelligence.com. Enquiry records are retained only for as long as there is a legitimate commercial reason to keep them.
